Content and Code of Conduct for Students
As a student, you are responsible for all your activities on the platform, which includes the content you share or create on our platform. This includes comments, questions, posts, messages and any other content you share.
In addition to the restrictions in the Terms of Use and Edu Continent’s Loyalty and Security Policies, you agree that you will not
Post or provide content or information that is inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, racially or ethnically inappropriate, pornographic, inaccurate, false, misleading, inaccurate, infringing, libelous, defamatory, invasive of the privacy of others, related to or promoting money or gambling, or otherwise unlawful.
Post or provide content or information that harms minors in any way.
Send or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, junk mail, spam, or solicitations, commercial or otherwise, through the Services or to any User.
Engage in any activity that would require us to obtain a license from, or make a royalty payment to, any third party, including, for example, a royalty payment for the public performance of a musical work or sound recording.
Impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access to another person’s account, or deceive or mislead others about the source of content or information.
Limit or embed the Services (such as embedding a free version of a course) or misuse the Services.
Misuse Edu Continent resources, including support services.
If you are accessing our services as a student located in India, these terms also include the guidelines of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 Rule 3(2), which you agree to abide by.
Violations of the Edu Continent Terms of Use and other policies may result in restrictions on your account and other consequences, including being banned from accessing the platform.
